Our Return Policy

At Lume Tide, we stand behind the quality of our swimwear. We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • ✓ Unworn and unwashed items
  • ✓ Original tags still attached
  • ✓ Hygiene liner intact (for bikini bottoms and one-pieces)
  • ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • ✓ Original packaging included

Hygiene & Safety

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear bottoms or one-pieces with the hygiene liner removed, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at returns@lumetideswim.com or call +1 (888) 586-2378. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging (if available) or a similar box. Make sure all tags are attached and hygiene liners are intact.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. Keep your tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy and fast!

How to Exchange:

  1. 1. Contact us at returns@lumetideswim.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange.
  2. 2. We'll send you a return label and ship your new item right away.
  3. 3. Return your original item using the prepaid label within 14 days.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is out of stock, we'll process a full refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll send you a replacement or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
  • Original shipping fees and any customs duties paid are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please choose carefully when purchasing final sale items.
